Taiwan-based, Link Label Machinery Co. Ltd., is showing the newly developed high speed multi-function LLR-300 full rotary label letterpress printing press as well as the newly developed servo driven version LLR 3630 for 370 mm web width.

Link-Label machinery Co. Ltd was established at 1980. Since then they design and produce their own label printing machines. Major products are LLR-300 Full rotary/ Intermittent label printing machine, PLNCT-170-300 Flatbed label printing machinery and other machines such as Hot-stamping and die-cutting machines, Slitter, Sheeter , Auto re-winder, computer hold puncher… and related products.

Link-Label is focussing to export two main products lines, the Full rotary/ Intermittent label printing machines & PLNCT type Flatbed label printing machinery to overseas.
The LLR-300 and LLR 3630 are aiming on variety Label and precise electronic printing products; they are easy to operate, fast speed, according to CE standards and have got TÜV Certificate of Conformity and SGS Certificate of Compliance. These two certificates also include various patents.

PLNCT-170 and PLNCT 300 are designed for high speed label printing of small and uncomplicated labels. The printing speed can reach 12,000 printing cycles/hr (depending on the feed length of the material). PLNCT-170 and PLNCT-300 are flatbed type letterpress machines.

Three new machines are available since July 2006, one is PLNCT-300 its function is similar to PLNC-170 but it can do bigger sizes and make more different labels. The second one is a double rotary die-cutting machine. The third is the LLR 3630, our state of the art rotary letterpress machine with servo driven printing units, thus assuring high speed and top quality.

Link-Label machinery has its own R&D centre, which is heavily involved in developing new functions to further improve machine’s effectiveness.
